Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, all sales are currently final and we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. We are continuously working to improve our policies and services as we grow.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Defective Item Returns

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
